Develop Gender-Inclusive Lesson Plan

Participants will learn strategies t​​o design lesson plans that encourage equitable participation, minimize stereotypes and create a supportive environment for all genders in STEM

Identify Key components of an effective lesson and develop engaging and interactive lesson plan

Participants will learn essential elements of a well structured lesson, including objectives, instructional strategies and assesment methods, to enhance students learning outcomes. 

Participants will explore techniques for creating lessons that actively engage students, accomodate various learning styles and promote meanfull participation.

Incorporate Assesment and feedback strategies

Participants will understand how to integrate formative and summative assesments tools within their lesson plans to measure students understanding and provide actionable feedback.
